Two Rivers Fisheries

Established in July of 2012, Two Rivers Fisheries is just what it sounds like - a fish farm. 

They specialize in raising different varieties of carp, but offer other freshwater species such as catfish. The fishery also sells dishes such as fish patties and dumplings. 

In addition to producing high quality, nutritious fish products, the farm also helps control the carp population and works to make sure river and lake ecosystems are healthy.

Walters Cattle Farms 

Family owned and operated in Wickliffe, Ky, Walters Cattle Farms specializes in raising Black Hereford beef cows and bulls. 

Typically, herefords are red with white faces, but WCF focuses on the black variety. They do have a few red herefords, as well as some angus, which are solid black. 

In addition to producing beef, the farm has a focus on breeding healthy animals.
