Rowlett’s Milkhouse Creamery & Rowlett’s Dairy Farm
Brother and sister team, Terry and Sharon Rowlett, have been operating a dairy in Campellsburg since 1974. When milk prices became too low to make money milking cows, they decided to figure out how to stay in the dairy business. Rowlett’s Milkhouse Creamery was born. They now make ice cream, cheese, and butter from their cows’ milk for local customers and restaurants.
Valley Spirit Farm
Valley Spirit Farm is located in Campbellsburg. The farm was started in 2015 by the Monroe & Fiechter families. Together they raise beef cattle, pigs, vegetables, and mushrooms and sell their products through farm shares (CSA).

Jericho Farmhouse
Started in 1965 by Creed & Helen Coombs, Jericho Acres Dairy farm has been passed down two more generations. Currently the three partners are brothers Guy Coombs, Dennis Coombs, and Guy's son Curtis Coombs. At one time they were milking 80 cows, but due to a change in the market, decided to work toward milking a smaller number of cows to make and sell their own ice cream. In May of 2019 they purchased an ice cream trailer and will soon open a farm market that will provide a place for farmers to sell their goods along with allowing us to give tours to the public.
