Sustainable Harvest Farm

Sustainable Harvest Farm is located in London, Kentucky. Ford and Amanda Waterstrat have been farming since 2009 and selling their produce since 2010. They were the first in the region to provide a CSA (community supported agriculture) to the community and the first farm in the region to be certified USDA organic. They focus on reducing food waste, producing quality produce, and maintaining a healthy soil microbiome. Besides produce, Sustainable Harvest works with other farms to provide a number of additions to the CSA box. Visit https://www.sustainableharvestfarm.com/ to learn more.
